Description
  • Deposit for a whole Oak Cattle Farms cow. Each whole cow for sale is butchered, processed, and vacuum sealed. 
  • Deposit is non-refundable and does not reflect half down. The final balance due for the whole cow for sale will be based on hanging weight less your deposit. You will receive an invoice for your balance once your order is ready. Once final payment is made your order will be available for pickup or delivery.
  • Processing Date: 3-4 weeks upon ordering
  • Whole: 650-850 hanging weight
  • $10.00/lb. hanging weight
  • Remaining balance due on delivery

Approximate weights and cuts for a Whole Cow order:

  • Ground Beef– 225 lbs. in 1 lb. packages
  • Ribeye – 20 each – 12oz. steaks
  • New York Strip – 16 each – 12oz. steaks
  • Filet Mignon – 12 each – 8oz. steaks
  • Flank Steak – 2 each – 16oz. steaks
  • Skirt Steaks – 4 each – 2lb. steaks
  • Stew Meat Packs – 10 each – 1.5lb. packs
  • Flat Iron – 2 each – 16oz. steaks
  • Tri-Tip – 2 each – 2-3lb roasts
  • Sirloin Steaks – 12 each – 8oz. steaks

Instructions & Tips

When your order is ready, you will need to bring coolers to prevent thawing. Our meat is flash frozen which can be stored in a freezer for 18-24 months. Freezer space for a 1/4 cow is approximately 7 cubic feet, for a 1/2 cow approximately 15 cubic feet, and for a whole cow approximately 30 cubic feet. Meat is flash frozen to protect flavor, tenderness, nutrients, and freshness.
