Quarter Cow - Deposit
- Deposit for ¼ beef for sale from Oak Cattle Farms. Each 1/4 cow comes butchered, processed, and vacuum sealed in preparation for delivery/pickup.
- Deposit is non-refundable and does not reflect half down. The final balance due on your quarter cow will be based on hanging weight, less your deposit. You will receive an invoice for your balance once your order is ready. Once final payment is made your quarter cow order will be available for pickup or delivery.
- Processing Date: 3-4 weeks upon ordering
- Quarter: 175-225 hanging weight
- $9.00/lb. hanging weight

- Ground Beef– 55 lbs. in 1 lb. packages
- Ribeye – 5-6 each – 12oz. steaks
- New York Strip – 4-5 each – 12oz. steaks
- Filet Mignon – 3-4 each – 8oz. steaks
- Flank Steak – 1 each – 16oz. steaks
- Skirt Steaks – 1 each – 2lb. steaks
- Stew Meat Packs – 3 each – 1.5lb. packs
- Flat Iron – 1 each – 16oz. steaks
- Tri-Tip – 1 each – 2-3lb roasts
- Sirloin Steaks – 3 each – 8oz. steaks
- Sirloin Tip Roast - 1 each - 3lb. roasts
- Round Roasts – 6 lbs.
- Chuck Roasts – 2 each – 2lb. roasts
- Brisket – 1/2 each – 7-9 lbs.
- Bone-In Short Ribs – 1 each – 4-6 lbs.

When your order is ready, you will need to bring coolers to prevent thawing. Our meat is flash frozen which can be stored in a freezer for 18-24 months. Freezer space for a 1/4 cow is approximately 7 cubic feet, for a 1/2 cow approximately 15 cubic feet, and for a whole cow approximately 30 cubic feet. Meat is flash frozen to protect flavor, tenderness, nutrients, and freshness.
Grass-fed cows may require a longer processing time as these cows take longer to grow.
